Price.
- The store shows all the price in Euros, including all taxes but excluding processing and shipping fees.
- The store reserves the right to change any product price at any time to reflect the market price and to consider any variation between EUR (website price) and HKD (main currency of the business)
Goods supply & order.
- The store operates on multiple warehouses globally and works with many contractors, thus:
- there will no return on product sold on this store
- there won’t be any refund on any pre-order items or products
- The store strives to provide the best experience for its users, but due to the nature of the product and its supply chain:
- some pre-order quantity might be cut directly by the suppliers, even though we tried our best to purchase the correct amount. In this case, we reserve the right to adjust clients’ order quantity and refund the rightful amount.
- The store reserves the rights to refuse or cancel orders for any reasons, including and not limited to supply of goods, information or pricing errors, system errors, fraud or misconduct, etc. In the event of such a situation, the store will cancel the order and provide a refund.
- In some special case, if the user must cancel its order, the store reserves the right to subtract any fees incurred by the order to the refund (this includes and does not limit to payment processing fees such as PayPal)

Shipping and expected date.

General information
- The store calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of its shipment (this includes the packaging and the products) but also the recipient address.
- The store would only ship after the payment has been processed by our payment provider.
- The store is shipping orders based on the information provided by the user. So please provide the correct recipient’s name, address, and phone number when placing the order. Any useful additional information to facilitate the delivery are welcomed (such as building number, access code to building etc…). If the information provided by the user is wrong making the shipment impossible, additional shipping costs will be billed to the user.
- If a user has any unshipped orders and wants to make a new order, the user is welcomed to select “fuse/merge with existing order” during the checkout. The user might be still required to pay extra shipping fees.
- All expected date provided by the store are given as an estimation and not contractual. The date might vary depending on the store but also suppliers’ arrangement and logistics, suppliers’ distribution and production (subject to delay) and the conditions of international freight.
- Order including products with different release date:
- If a single order has been made for product with different release date, the expected shipment will always follow the latest known date. If a user wants to receive their order faster, they are welcome to make multiple orders.
- Missing items or damaged goods.
- The store and its suppliers take all necessary means to deliver products in the best conditions, but if a user receives damaged good or missing items in his/her shipment. He must contact the shop within 48 hours after the reception of the goods, to facilitate the resolution of the case, the user should prepare to provide pictures of damaged goods or any irregularities.
- If the user receives a damaged parcel, the user needs to report it to the shipping company and ideally to open the parcel in front of the postman/postwoman and make sure the content of the parcel is not damaged.
Payment.
- The store accepts payment using PayPal as its payment gateway service.
Goods information.
- Pictures and descriptions are for reference only, and the actual content or the version or batch is different.
- All products sold on the website are genuine with no counterfeit products.
- All products are sold new (for sealed product) or near mint/mint (for individual cards), except stated otherwise on the product page: this does not mean that all products are perfect, sealed product and cards might be subject to factory flaws. The store will not be held responsible for factory imperfections.
